Krystal Kasepchuk is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Bell since December 2024. Prior to this role, Krystal held similar positions at Holt Renfrew, Axonify, and Rogers Communications. Krystal's career at Bell began in 2009, where Krystal progressed from Recruitment Coordinator to Senior Consultant in Human Resources and Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition. Krystal has a strong focus on building relationships, facilitating behavioral interview training, and implementing proactive recruitment strategies. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Human Resources Management certification from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University.
