Matt Touloeisani is an Assistant Project Manager on BELL Construction’s Transportation Operations Team. He is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to the schedule while keeping within budget. He assists with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations, as well as any other responsibilities that the Project Manager sees fit.
