Max Herasymenko started their work experience at SalesNash in September 2020, where they worked as a Lead Researcher until May 2021. Max then transitioned into the role of Lead Researcher Team Lead for a short period in May 2021. From June 2021 to October 2022, Max worked as the Head of Lead Generation at SalesNash. Max briefly served as the Assistant to the Head of Customer Success in October 2022 before becoming a Customer Success Manager from November 2022 to May 2023.

In May 2023, Max joined Belkins as a Leads Researcher Trainee. Max quickly progressed to the role of Junior Leads Researcher in July 2023.

Max Herasymenko attended Zhytomyr State University of Ivan Franko from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philology.
