Alice Rassadina has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to present. Alice began their career as a Team member at AIESEC in Ukraine in 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at Pro-Consulting. Alice then joined KPMG Ukraine as an Audit Intern in 2017. During the same year, they also worked at Voyagu as a Sales Agent before progressing to the role of Sales Supervisor. In 2020, Alice Rassadina worked briefly as an IT Sales Manager at Lazarev.Agency before joining Belkins as a Sales Development Representative. Alice gradually progressed to the roles of Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Client Retention Manager. Currently, they are the Account Manager Team Lead at Belkins.

Alice Rassadina earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Kiev National University named after T. Shevchenko, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
