Milo Dodson, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles related to psychology, counseling, diversity and inclusion, and community outreach. Milo is currently working as the Senior Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Community Outreach at Belkin International, where they are responsible for implementing best practices to attract and develop diverse talent and drive inclusive behaviors and practices. Prior to this, Milo worked at UC Irvine as a Senior Staff Psychologist, providing individual and group therapy and coordinating clinical services. Milo also served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Psychology Intern at UC Irvine, where they conducted therapy sessions and coordinated interdisciplinary services. Milo has also worked at the Common Ground Foundation as the Director of COMMON's Dreamers and Believers Summer Youth Camp, overseeing programming and daily activities. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant at MVP Group Program, providing talent development services to corporate executives and brand strategy services. Milo's early career involved roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they worked as a Counseling Psychology Doctoral Candidate, a Sankofa African American Outreach Team Graduate Assistant, an Alcohol and Other Drug Assessment Administer, and a Research Assistant. Milo Dodson, Ph.D., completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Africana Studies from the University of Notre Dame. Milo attended the University from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 2008 to 2014.
