Rick Hartman is a seasoned retail management professional with extensive experience in overseeing store operations across various companies. Currently serving as a Sales Team Manager at Belk since February 2023, Rick previously held the position of Store Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. from June 2018 to January 2023, and at Kirkland's from May 2017 to May 2018. Notable earlier roles include Store Manager at Stride Rite for nine years, G.H. Bass & Co. managing $2 million in sales, and LIZ CLAIBORNE with $3 million in sales. Additionally, Rick served as a District Manager at Bugle Boy Industries Corp, supervising nine stores and managing new store openings.
