Phillip Burke currently serves as Group Vice President at Belk, a position held since November 2017, and previously operated as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior experience includes founding and leading Burke & Associates Consulting, LLC, from August 2017 to November 2019. Phillip's extensive tenure at Walmart spanned several roles, including Vice President of Global Human Resources Operations, Senior Director Innovations, Senior Director HR Strategy and Support, and Senior Director Employment Practices, between October 2009 and August 2017. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Morehead State University, earned from 1986 to 1990.
