Molly Ledford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management, learning and development, and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Learning at Belk since May 2019, Molly's previous roles include Senior Manager of Learning & Development and Senior Learning Experience Designer. Prior to Belk, Molly was a District Manager at Altar'd State and Michael Kors, managing multiple locations and driving sales through effective partnerships and training strategies. Molly's experience also includes significant roles at Macy's, where responsibilities spanned from District Merchant to District Planner, and at Kohl's as a Store Manager overseeing operations in high-volume stores. Molly holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cumberland University.
