Kirill Kruk started their work experience as the Head of Sales Department at ProfTorgService LLC in June 2019 and held this position until May 2020. Kirill then worked as a B2B Sales Manager at BelSalvage LLC from June 2020 to January 2021, where they were responsible for attracting new clients and managing sales. In January 2021, Kirill joined IT Academy as a Trainee and worked on the AKReserv Project, where they served as a Test Lead in a team of five. Currently, Kirill is working as a QA Engineer at Belitsoft Software Development Company, starting in May 2021.

Kirill Kruk completed their Bachelor's degree in Computational Linguistics and Teaching (English, Spanish) from Belarusian State University, from 2009 to 2015. In 2021, they also obtained a Junior Specialist degree in QA Engineering from IT Academy. In addition to their formal education, Kirill has obtained additional certifications, including one as a QA Engineer from IT Academy in March 2021, another as a Sales Manager from Laba in December 2020, and a certification in SQL Course from SoloLearn in January 2018.
