Alexandra O has a diverse work experience in the IT and education sectors. Alexandra started their career as an English Language Teacher at Say Okay from December 2018 to May 2020. Alexandra then worked as an IT Recruiter at Sunmait Technologies Ltd. from October 2019 to September 2020, where they focused on web development technologies. After that, they joined Belitsoft Software Development Company in March 2021 as an IT Recruiter, contributing to various software development projects in different domains. Currently, they work as an IT Recruiter at Noventiq, a leading global solutions and services provider in digital transformation and cyber-security, since September 2022.

Alexandra O attended Minsk State Linguistic University from 2016 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in foreign languages. In 2020, they also completed an apprenticeship in Business Analyst/Project Manager at Akademia BELHARD. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in different areas, including Align Recruiting with Job Requirements, Interviewing Techniques, Technical Recruiting, and Virtual Interviewing for HR, all from LinkedIn, in April 2022.
