Beat Meier has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as an intern in trade marketing at Switzerland Tourism. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, first as a Graduate Program Marketing & Sales, then as a Promotion & Category Analyst. In 2011, they joined Sonova Group as a Junior Retail Marketing Manager, and later became the Retail Marketing Manager until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Head of Marketing at Connect Hearing Australia, where they successfully managed Australia-wide marketing campaigns. Since 2019, Beat has been working as the Head of Global Marketing and Communication at Belimed.
Beat Meier earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from the ZHAW School of Management and Law. Beat attended this institution from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they completed a program at IST - Höhere Fachschule für Tourismus & Outdoor, where they obtained a diploma as a Tourism Specialist. In terms of additional certifications, Beat Meier obtained the certification for "INSEAD - Driving Digital Marketing Strategy" from INSEAD Executive Education in December 2021. Beat also received the certification for "Certified Lifecycle Marketing Automation & CRM Consultant" from Data Scouts in November 2016.
