Barbka Novak, ACC, currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at Belimed Slovenija, a position held since August 2015. Prior to this role, Barbka gained extensive experience at Knauf Insulation as an HR Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO and management board from November 2005 to August 2015. Additionally, Barbka contributed to the Slovenian Kennel Club as a member of the Editorial Board and journalist from March 1997 to June 2009, and provided administrative business support at Termo d.d. from January 1998 to November 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor.
