Damien Montvernay has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and change management. Damien is currently working at Believe as the Chief of Staff to the HR Lead, where they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring objectives are met. Prior to this, Damien worked at Keyrus Management as a Senior Manager and Manager, specializing in HR and change consulting. Damien also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at DXC Technology. Damien has demonstrated expertise in HR processes, project management, and effective communication in fast-paced environments.

Damien Montvernay earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Multidisciplinary Engineer, Business and Decision Engineering from EPF Engineering School in the years 2005-2010. Damien also obtained a Certification in SOSIE 2nde Generation from Pearson in 2018 and a Professional Coaching Certification in Coaching for business challenge from IFG Executive School in 2014-2015. In addition, Damien has obtained several additional certifications including "Become a Chief of Staff" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Green Belt Lean Management en Amélioration Continue" from CUBIK Partners in 2020, "SOSIE 2nd Generation" from Pearson in 2018, and "AGILE - SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager" in 2017.
