Pascal Guffens possesses extensive experience in data management and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Data, Finance, Risk & AI at Belfius since August 2021, Pascal previously held multiple leadership roles at ING Belgium from April 2007 to August 2021, including IT Area Lead Data Management and Team Manager for Electronic Banking and Web Content Development. Earlier positions include Production Manager at Advanced Logic Technology and Research and Development Engineer at Nomics Signal Engineering, where significant contributions were made in software development and production management. Educational credentials include an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on electronics from the University of Liège, completed in 2003.
