Jochen Mast is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations, technology, and customer excellence, currently serving as Head of Customer Excellence Group at Corona Direct since September 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles as BeLux Chief Operating Officer at Marsh, where responsibilities encompassed production, claims advisory, and operational excellence, as well as Head of Operations and Compliance for Belgium at Marsh JLT. Jochen's career also includes management positions at Ergo, ING, Amedes Belgium, and CIVIS Legal Aid, with extensive experience in project management, transformation, and quality assurance. Jochen holds a Master's degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
