Rafaela Cavalcante is an administrative assistant in refining at Belem Bioenergia Brasil since May 2020, responsible for tasks such as inventory requests, procurement processes, invoice entry, cost control, and indicator reporting using Power BI. Additionally, Rafaela manages team schedules, attendance adjustments, and prepares monthly material intake and output reports. Prior to this role, Rafaela served as an industrial operator in refining, focusing on operational processes like bleaching and deodorization, and completed various administrative tasks. Rafaela began their career as a young apprentice at Agropalma, gaining experience in all industrial areas of palm oil processing. Academic credentials include a degree in Logistics from UNOPAR, completed in January 2023.
