Lauren Gastelum has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and production planning. Currently serving as Planning Manager at Belden Inc. since 2007, Lauren has implemented new ordering processes that enhanced buyer productivity and oversaw master production scheduling, material planning, and capacity planning. Previous roles at Belden include Purchasing Supervisor and Sr. Order Fulfillment Coordinator, focusing on inventory planning and raw material supply. Prior experience includes positions at Molex as a Sr. Planner/Buyer, Motorola de Nogales in various supply chain roles, and Tyco Electronics as a Buyer and Production Scheduler. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from ITESM and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Noreste.
