Frey Song has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing roles in the technology industry. Frey started their career with Motorola Solutions in 1997 as a Sales Manager and eventually became the Sales Director of China from 2009 to 2010. Later, they joined Belden Inc. in 2011 as the Marketing & Channel Director for Greater China. In 2013, they held the position of Channel Director & BD Director before becoming the China Sales Director for the Airport division in 2014.

Frey Song received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Electronic from Shanghai Industry University in 1992. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
