Dean Rosales, PMP, is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in systems engineering and program management across various industries. Currently employed at EXB Solutions, Inc. since August 2021, Dean previously held positions as a senior systems engineer at Moog Space and Defense Group and as a senior principal system engineer at Raytheon, where contributions included systems engineering solutions for defense measures. Dean's career also includes significant roles in hardware design and specification development at Rockwell Collins, Honeywell Aerospace, Marvell, and Intel. With a foundation in electrical engineering from Purdue University, Dean has a strong background in developing technical specifications, managing engineering teams, and implementing agile methodologies.
