Clayton Smith is a Manufacturing Engineer at Belcan since April 2022, specializing in mechanical design engineering for Pratt & Whitney. Responsibilities include writing efficient disposition reports for defective components and providing engineering recommendations for quality non-conformance investigations, with completion of 80-90 quality notifications. Prior to this role, Clayton served as General Manager at Papa John's International from August 2017 to January 2022, initially starting as a driver and progressing to shift manager.
