Lauren Lasocha is an experienced golf course superintendent currently serving at La Cumbre Country Club since April 2024. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Agronomist at Bel-Air Country Club from January 2019 to April 2024 and worked as an Assistant Agronomist at The Los Angeles Country Club from May 2016 to January 2019. Earlier career experiences include an internship in the Green Department at Kittansett Club and various roles at Capilano Golf and Country Club, including Groundsperson, and turfcare staff at Royal Sydney Golf Club. Lauren holds an Associate Diploma in Turf and Turfgrass Management from the University of Guelph and an Associate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Capilano University.
