Murat Buyukerk currently serves as the Country Director for Beko Europe, overseeing operations in Romania, Moldova, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus since July 2024. This role involves integrating Beko and Whirlpool operations and enhancing market presence in Southern Europe. Prior to this position, Murat was the CEO of Beko Romania from January 2018 to July 2024. Murat’s extensive experience in the industry includes roles at Arçelik Global as International Regional Sales Director and International Sales Director, and at Grundig Intermedia GmbH as CSO. Additionally, Murat held various managerial positions at Arçelik A.Ş. and Beko Global from 1990 to 2009, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, and supply chain management. Murat holds a degree in Economics from Ege University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
