Bogdan Spoeala is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Beko Romania since April 2017, Bogdan also held the position of Director of IT and Digital Transformation at Arctic from 2017 to 2024, focusing on factory systems delivery and customer service improvement. Previously, Bogdan was the Head of IT Department at Sun Wave Pharma, overseeing IT strategy, network delivery, and project management. Bogdan's career also includes roles as IT Director at Qualicaps, IT Manager at YKK Romania, IT Engineer at Qnet srl, and IT Engineer at Flamingo Computers, with a comprehensive educational background in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
