Tomasz Grochowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and industrial engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager and Industrial Engineering Manager at Beko Europe since April 2024, Tomasz previously held the position of Senior Operations and Industrial Engineering Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2018 to April 2024. Prior to that, Tomasz managed production departments at Indesit Company from June 2007 to June 2023, overseeing various manufacturing processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Tomasz started a professional career as an intern at Indesit Company Polska from June 2004 to May 2007. Tomasz holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Construction from Lodz University of Technology, earned between 2000 and 2006.
