Stephen Hodgson currently serves as Operations Director for Customer Service in the EMEA region at Beko Europe, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this position, Stephen spent over 20 years at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities included Operations Director and Head of Sales & Contact Centres for the CS EMEA division. Stephen's earlier career includes management roles at Red Letter Days as Personal Business and Contact Centre Manager, Ticketmaster Entertainment as Sales Floor Manager, The Halcyon Hotel as Operations Manager, and The Ritz London as Service Manager. Stephen's educational background includes studies at Scarborough Technical College and Northallerton Grammar School.
