Grzegorz Dwojak is a V&V Manager at Beko Europe since April 2024, leading the Electronics and Electrical Systems Laboratory team across three sites in the EMEA region. Grzegorz has extensive experience from Whirlpool Corporation, where roles included Engineering Manager for Electrical Components, Global Quality Program Manager for Dishwashing, and EES V&V Regional Manager. Responsibilities included leading teams, driving new product introductions, managing quality initiatives, and mentoring Six Sigma practitioners. Grzegorz began a career in engineering at Wrocław University of Technology, earning a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering, with a focus on Microsystems.
