Federica Mammarella currently serves as the Product Development Director for Laundry (Washers and Dryers) at Beko Europe, leading a team of over 100 employees across multiple countries. Their role encompasses overseeing the Whirlpool-heritage product portfolio for various brands. Previously, Federica held several key positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including Global R&D Director for Product Strategy & Planning for Washers and Head of DishCare for EMEA, where Federica managed substantial revenue categories and developed innovative product strategies. Earlier in their career, Federica gained experience at Toyota Motor Europe as a Quality Engineer and participated in the Graduate Development Programme. Federica holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Milano and has completed an Erasmus Exchange Programme at Helsinki University of Technology.
