Martha Hammel is a co-founder and executive director of Aspen Psychedelic Resource Center, where education on psychedelic medicines emphasizes equity, safety, and spirituality. Additionally, Martha serves as a strategic advisor on Colorado advocacy and education for the National Psychedelics Association. With extensive experience in private practice as a nutritionist, Martha specializes in brain health, mental health, autoimmune diseases, and psychedelic integration. Through Being True To You, Martha provides integration support for clients undergoing ketamine treatments and trains other coaches. Previous roles include nutritionist positions at The Center for Medicinal Mindfulness and Holos Health, and director of nutrition at Revive Treatment Centers of America, focusing on patients with neurological issues. Martha's educational background includes degrees from Maryland University of Integrative Health, Bauman College, and the University of Vermont.
