Xia Yan serves as the CEO of 华润万东医疗装备股份有限公司 since August 2018, and has held a long-term position at GE医疗 as the GEHC Interventional & Surgery General Manager for Great China, responsible for delivering annual sales of $140 million. Under Xia Yan's leadership, the China surgery team achieved over 150% annual sales growth, securing the number one market position in China. Previous roles include Vice President at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Fosun Pharma, as well as Global Surgery Product Manager and China MR Product Manager at GE Healthcare, where significant contributions to product management and market strategy were demonstrated. Xia Yan holds a Master's degree in Radiology and a Bachelor's degree in Medical/Health Management and Clinical Assistant/Specialist from Weifang Medical College.
