Alícia Lerner is a Senior Program Associate at Climate Policy Initiative since December 2024, previously serving as Resilience Programme Coordinator and in various roles at Climate Bonds Initiative from August 2020 to December 2024, focusing on the development of the Green Bonds Market in Latin America. Alícia has also contributed as a Local Pathways Fellow with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth from January to December 2021, and was a finalist in the Trainee Programme in Public Management at Vetor Brasil from September 2019 to December 2020. Experience includes roles as an Urban Projects Analyst at CTE, conducting sustainability analyses, and engaging in undergraduate research at the University of São Paulo, alongside co-founding FAU Social. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Architecture and Urban Planning from USP and a Master's in Territorial Planning and Management from Universidade Federal do ABC.
