Kate Swann has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chairperson for Beijer Ref, Parques Reunidos, Moonpig, and IVC Evidensia, Kate has demonstrated strong governance and strategic oversight. Prior to these positions, Kate held the role of Chairperson at Secret Escapes and served as CEO for both SSP Group Plc and WHSmith. Kate's educational background includes a BSc with honors in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Bradford, completed between 1983 and 1986.
