Shiva Sekhar is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President and Global Program Leader at BeiGene since October 2024. Previously, Shiva held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Arvinas from January 2023 to October 2024. At Bristol Myers Squibb, Shiva served as Vice President of U.S. Myeloid Marketing and Vice President of Worldwide Myeloid Marketing, overseeing multiple brand teams and product launches. During a decade at Celgene, Shiva was instrumental in launching key products, including leading the global launch of Idhifa for Acute Myeloid Leukemia and managing the Fedratinib program to successful regulatory approvals. Earlier roles include senior marketing positions at AstraZeneca Oncology and Accenture. Shiva holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Business from Rutgers University.
