Loïc SENECHAL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Insights and Engagement Lead at Galapagos since April 2020, Loïc is responsible for defining and enhancing the Customer Engagement strategy using an OmniChannel approach. Prior to this role, Loïc was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Veeva Systems, focusing on optimizing client value and fostering innovation through customer education and community building. Loïc's previous experience includes various leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities ranged from operational excellence and customer experience to commercialization strategies for key products such as Eliquis. Loïc holds a Master’s degree from SKEMA Business School and is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Programme at emlyon business school.
