Michael Frey serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Beiersdorf AG since July 2024, following a tenure as Vice President Supply Chain from December 2011 to June 2024. Michael has extensive experience overseeing end-to-end supply chain functions across multiple regions, including leadership roles as Supply Chain Director for Germany and Switzerland, and Australia and New Zealand, focusing on areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, and Operations. Notably, Michael led Beiersdorf Manufacturing Berlin GmbH as Managing Director, managing a large workforce and key operational areas. Prior to Beiersdorf, Michael was with Brose Group, where responsibilities included developing global manufacturing strategies and managing industrial engineering projects. Michael holds an MBA in Global Management from GGS Business School Heilbronn and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Science W¨¹rzburg/Schweinfurt, along with several certifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
