Esma Alanya-Rousseau has extensive experience in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as Laborleiter and Lab Manager for R&D Prototyping Face at Beiersdorf since July 2008, where leadership encompasses the development of new formula technologies and product forms for Nivea Face. Prior to this, Esma held various roles at Henkel, including R&D Junior Manager and Senior Engineer for Nivea Body Care, along with a position in Product Development for Nivea Face Care. Esma commenced a professional journey with an internship at Schwarzkopf before earning a Diplom and completing a state examination in Food Chemistry from the University of Hamburg in 2007.
