Yusuke Kono has extensive experience in investment and human resources, currently serving in the investment team at BEENEXT PTE. LTD since July 2020. Prior to this role, Yusuke worked at LIXIL from October 2017 to January 2020 as a Senior Manager in the Human Resources Division, focusing on reforms for work-life balance and talent development. Between December 2015 and September 2017, Yusuke was the Sales General Manager and Senior Vice President at LIXIL THAILAND PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, where strategic initiatives significantly increased sales and expanded market focus. Previous positions include Senior Specialist in Brand Marketing at American Standard Brands and a News Reporter for NHK, covering economic news and significant financial events from 2001 to 2014. Yusuke holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree from Keio University.
