Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Epassi, which is recognized as Europe's fastest-growing fintech scale-up, Eduard also holds the position of Senior Recruiter at Bedrijfsfitness Nederland, where a new ATS, Jobylon, is being implemented. As a co-founder of FARE Capital, Eduard actively supports impact startups. Previous roles include Founder of Recruit for Good, Global Talent Acquisition Director at Otrium, and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Uberall, showcasing a strong background in strategic recruitment and employer branding.
