Matt Quandt has extensive experience in marketing and brand development. Currently, they are the Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development at BEDO Brands, where they lead the marketing team and contributes to revenue growth through strategy, analysis, and brand management. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Marketing & Brand Experience and Account Executive at Seine, where they designed and led marketing strategies, recruited professionals for clients, and delivered excellent experiences for candidates. Before Seine, Matt served as the Senior Director of Global Marketing at Cielo Talent, where they coordinated programs to build the Cielo brand and create demand for talent acquisition services. Matt also held roles at BrightStar Care, where they were the AVP of Marketing and later the Director of Marketing, overseeing various initiatives such as national advertising, online reputation management, and public relations. Matt's earlier experience includes working at Kalmbach Publishing Co. as an Online Content Editor and Public Relations Specialist. Matt also served as an Assistant Editor at Astronomy Magazine and started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Summerfest.
Matt Quandt earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, Journalism, and Public Relations from Marquette University between 1998 and 2002. Matt later attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2013 for the High Potentials Leadership Program. In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained certifications in 2014 as a Certified Senior Advisor from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and as a Net Promoter Certified Associate from Satmetrix in 2013.
