Susan McGregor is a knowledgeable S&OP Subject Matter Expert at Bedford Consulting, focusing on enhancing supply chain efficiencies and resource optimization since May 2023. Previously, Susan held managerial positions at Baker Tilly US, where specialized skills in IFS solutions were utilized from September 2021 to May 2023, and acted as a key business consultant for Vanilla Tech within that same timeframe. Susan’s earlier experience includes leading the design and implementation of an IFS ERP system at Gordon & MacPhail, managing demand and supply planning at Edrington-Beam Suntory UK, and overseeing supply chain operations at Finsbury Food Group and Highland Spring Ltd. With a BEng in Electrical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Susan has consistently demonstrated expertise in supply chain development and operational management throughout various roles in the industry.
