Nischal Shetty serves as the Product and Implementation Lead at Bectran, Inc. since January 2022, overseeing the onboarding of enterprise clients and leading platform implementation projects. Prior to this role, Nischal completed a Business Systems Analyst Internship at Kelley School of Business Information Technology, where business analysis for a data migration project was conducted. Nischal also volunteered as a Technical Project Manager for the Kelley HOPE Digital Project, assisting small businesses in establishing online presences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experiences include a Logistics Internship at Gulf Warehousing Company, where responsibilities involved managing deliveries and client communications, and a Marketing Internship at Applus+ Velosi, which provided insights into client negotiation processes. Nischal participated in LeaderShape, a program focused on team building and leadership skills, and holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
