Gabriela Garcia has worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago and a Case Manager at Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. Gabriela later transitioned to roles in educational research and evaluation at companies like I-STEM Education Initiative, EDC, and their current position at BECOME. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Gabriela's work focuses on using evaluation as a tool for social justice and promoting thriving communities.
