Giovanni Toledano is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Director de Contraloría at Jose Cuervo since May 2019, Giovanni has previously held key roles such as Global Controller at Nemak and Controller & Tax Manager at Orlegi Deportes. A significant part of Giovanni's career was spent at Grupo Modelo, where responsibilities included leading IFRS implementation, financial consolidation, and managing fiscal processes. Giovanni began the career as a Sr. Auditor at PwC, focusing on financial and tax audits for major clients. Education includes a Master in Accounting from Florida International University and a Licenciado en Contaduría Pública from Universidad Panamericana.
