Rachel Rice, MBA, serves as the VP and CFO of US Operations at Padilla since November 2018, leading the integration and optimization of businesses within AVENIR GLOBAL. Additionally, Rachel holds multiple leadership roles including President of FEI Twin Cities, where the organization supports senior finance executives, and Board Director positions at Personality Juice and COYABLU Tequila Cocktails focusing on startup strategies. Previously, Rachel was the Chief Financial Officer at Pinnaca, contributing to a significant merger and growth transition. Rachel's extensive experience also includes oversight roles at Riverton Community Housing and an earlier position as Assistant Controller at Nova Group, GBC. Rachel earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
