Richard Cavaliere began their work experience as a Process Development Engineer at Cargill in 2002. Richard then worked as a Corn Syrup Refinery Supervisor from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they held the position of Refinery Superintendent at Cargill. After that, they served as a Facility Leader from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Operations Manager at Cargill Foods India. In 2015, they became the World Wide Productivity Leader for Refined Oils at Cargill. In 2016, they joined Eagle Foods as the Vice President of Operations, a position they held until 2018. Currently, Richard is working as a Senior Director of Operations at BeckWay Group, starting in March 2019.

Richard Cavaliere attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
