Michael J. Ksiazek has an extensive work experience in operations and management roles. MICHAEL J. started their career at ACCO Brands in 1996, where they served as the Vice President of Operations and later as the Vice President of Global Sourcing. During their tenure, they successfully managed manufacturing plants and oversaw the integration of business mergers. In 2009, they joined Carlisle Companies as the Vice President and General Manager of Operations, where they provided strategic leadership for a global network of manufacturing and distribution centers. MICHAEL J. implemented a three-year global operations strategy aimed at improving customer service, reducing costs, and optimizing the organization's inventory and footprint. In 2012, they became the Chief Operating Officer at O2COOL, LLC, where they demonstrated excellence in directing business strategy for international manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain. MICHAEL J. led all aspects of new product development and marketing, resulting in sales and profit growth and market expansion. In 2019, they joined BeckWay Group as an Operating Director, where they complemented and deepened operating resources to enhance the investment value of privately held businesses.
