Jon Bloomfield has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon started their career as an Electrical Design Engineer at Photographic Sciences Corporation (PSC), where they designed and developed analog and digital printed circuit boards for laser barcode scanners. Jon then moved on to Alstom Transport - Railway Signaling, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer, responsible for designing and developing vital train control systems. At Deloitte Consulting LLP, Jon served as a Manager, overseeing client project engagements, managing project budgets, and developing project proposals and statements of work. Most recently, they worked at SSA & Company, first as a Director leading distressed asset turnaround projects and later as a Senior Director, responsible for developing client relationships and managing multiple projects within the private equity sector. Jon's current role is Senior Operating Director at BeckWay Group.

Jon Bloomfield completed their BSET in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, from 1992 to 1994. Following this, they pursued an MBA in General Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, from 2001 to 2003.
