Thomas Roscoe is an accomplished leader in the field of diagnostics and technology innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Emerging Technologies and Open Innovation at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. With extensive experience at Beckman Coulter, Roscoe has held multiple key positions, including Vice President of Research & Development for Chemistry and Immunoassay Systems, Director of Program Management, and Director of Product Development for Immunoassay Systems. Thomas Roscoe completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Management from the University of Minnesota and its Carlson School of Management, respectively, during the period from 1986 to 1991.
