Harris Toser is a marketing and web development professional with extensive experience in graphic design, publication management, and community engagement. Currently managing visuals and digital strategies at Declaration Networks Group since February 2017, Harris also oversees the operations of a national publication at Beckett Media as Production Manager. In addition, Harris serves as Secretary for the Saint Clair Point Condominium Association and co-promotes the Philly Non-Sports Card Show. Previously, Harris co-owned and managed Non-Sport Update, a leading publication in the collectibles industry. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from Towson University and studied at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
