Jodi Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jodi has worked as a Director of Business Development at Beckett Springs since 2023. Prior to that, they founded and operated their own company called Comprehensive Life Strategies where they specialized in developing and delivering training programs tailored to individual and company needs. Jodi has also served as a Training and Development Specialist at an Independent Certified DiSC Behavioral Consultant firm where they used DiSC, a personal assessment tool, to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. Additionally, they have held the position of Director of Business Development at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton from 2017 to 2023. Jodi's experience also includes being the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at EAST Ambulance, where their goal was to provide ambulance services to residents, nursing homes, and hospitals in the area.

Jodi Jackson's education history includes obtaining an A.S. in Marketing from Ashworth College and a Bachelor's in Business Administration - BS from the same institution. Jodi also pursued studies in Arts and Sciences with a focus on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Ashworth College. Additionally, Jodi attended West Virginia University at Parkersburg and pursued General Studies.

In terms of certifications, Jodi obtained the QPR Question Persuade Refer Suicide Prevention/Awareness Program certification from the QPR Institute in October 2021. Jodi also obtained a Certified Life Coach certification from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology in October 2018. In 2017, they acquired certifications as a Freelance Writer from ExpertRating Inc. and as a Business Coach from ExpertRating Solutions. In August 2016, Jodi obtained a certification in Public Speaking from ExpertRating Solutions. Furthermore, they achieved a DiSC Behavioral Certification from The Institute for Motivational Living Inc. in July 2005. Lastly, Jodi has completed various certifications and training in Sales Training, Effective Relationships, Coaching Sales & Service, Disc Behavioral Consultant, Get Real Weight Management, Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Aquatic Leadership, Strength Training, Pilates, and Reiki.
