Philip Wen has extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of HR at Beckers Group since January 2013, Philip oversees HR operations for three legal entities in China and one lab in Taiwan, providing professional guidance to business unit heads within a complex organizational structure. Previously, Philip held the position of Regional HR Manager at International Paper from August 2011 to January 2013, contributing to one of the Global Top 500 companies. Prior roles include HR Manager positions at Beko Global and Norsafe Group, where responsibilities included HR planning, recruitment, and policy updates. Philip began their career as Deputy HR & Admin Manager at Jiangyuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Philip holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Soochow University and a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Nanjing University of Science & Technology.
